Cant find out why or where folder is being opened at startup

I'm sitting here at my company's accounting PC , installed with Win95C, for some reason everytime someone starts up the computer, after win95 gets loaded, the C:\Program Files\Cybermedia folder window opens up , I Cant find it in startup, system.ini, win.ini, \windows\current version\run or \runonce(registry), just cant figure out why its poping up, and She(my CEO's wife) would really like that taken care of.

Experienced in , or have messed with : VC++, Borland C++ Builder, VJ++6(starting),VB-Dos, VB1 thru VB6, Delphi 3 pro, Borland C++ 3(DOS), Borland C++ 4.5, HTML, ASP(somewhat), QBasic(least i didnt start with COBOL)

go START>Program Files>Acessories>System Tools>System Information.
when the window pops up, go tools>System Configuration Utility
another window should pop up. click on the tab labeled startup, and there is a list of thing which you can check, or uncheck that run at startup. But be verry verry carefull, you might just turn off the startbar or something like that!
