Recommended Voice/IP routers

(OP)
I have a client with an Avaya IP office system. They are wanting to run Voice/IP with Avaya hard phones in a several locations as well as using soft phones for sales reps. They supplied a couple of Linksys RV042 VPN routers which seemed to work fine once configured, for the hard phones. I have very limited knowledge about these systems but, as I understand it there are limited VPN software clients that will work with these routers and they won't work at all if the client is behind another NAT enabled router. Before going further with this, what routers are recommended for this application that also have a proper software VPN client.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks,
--Rob
