On CCC5 as far as I know, the voicemail has a fixed target number in the IP Office and there is a seperate menu in the reporter to run voicemail reports from.
All startpoints and modules are represented in the 'target'-list.
For some reports you have tick 'flag as answered' at a specific flowpoint otherwise the call is tagged to the anwsering target and not the voicemail.
