I have KX-td816 and 3 CO lines and 8 phones. I assigned lines C02, C05 and C06. When incoming call came on extension C02 ring only extension 04. When incoming call came on C05 and C06 I don't wan't that extension 04 ring, because i have answering maschine on that extension.  thanks.

Program 603(day) & 604(night) controls the ringing on the phones. When you get to the program press NEXT and enter the jack number of the phone you don't want to ring and press next. Enter the CO line number or press the left or right arrow (if using the overlay for the phone) and press select until you get to NoRNG and press the Store key.
