Using MS Office Excel 2003 but I cannot select the Zoom feature from the toolbar in Print Preview mode. I tried changing the page set up (Margin, paper size, page orientation, etc.). There are no macros, no protections set up. I have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling MS Office 2K3 completely, then performed repair install, and even tried deleting the .xlb file, etc.

On another user's workstation (same model, same OS, and same version of office, and service packs), user can select the Zoom feature in print preview mode.

Any ideas?

Try Tools, Customize, Toolbars tab, Reset

xhelp, thanks for your reply. I did try that and still same result.

Any other ideas? Please advise. Thanks.

Only 2 other suggestions I have are once again under Tools, Customize, Options, click on the "Reset Menu and Toolbar Usage data"

and

Close Excel, find file(s) with an XLB extension and delete it or rename it.

Beyond that I dunno.
