vsmonapi.dll
vsnetutils.dll
First, go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools, and click Services. Look through the list. If you locate it, choose properties, click Stop, then slect Disabled from the list.
You'll also want to right-click on My Computer, choose properties, click the Hardware tab, then Device Manager. Select Show Hidden Devices from the View menu and look under Non Plug and Play Drivers.
