zkill.exe process

I am having problem with this process/command

It is locate in c:\winnt folder.

Three Questions :
1) What do this process/command ?
2) I am recieving an error ( Application poput ) , event id 26 , has been caused by zkill.exe process. Anyone know how I stop this ?
3) Can I delete this command ?

i can't find any info on that process as well.....looks like some kind of malware or worst.....is not a well know process that's for sure....does it have a registry entry? does it have any PID that matches anything opened on your desktop?
do a malware / virus scan to be safe....

Go to

http://www.sysinternals.com

and download Autoruns. It will scan your registry and find out where this is starting from. Remove the check box. Download Spybot (or something like it) and run a spyware scan.
