Why does the Zip drive take so long to eject after writing data to it on W2K? It's driving me mad. Ian Boys

I think it has to clear the write buffer and verify that all data has been written to the disk. James P. Cottingham

I realise that that's what's happening but why does it take soooooooo long in W2K when 95 and 98 are so much quicker? Ian Boys
