Zip Code Lookup Table

I have a table of Zip Codes. I would like to cross the zip against a master zip lookup table and pull City and State. Does anybody know where I can find a table with this information? Thanks. Derek

Yes I have. They have a little app that lets you type in the zip in question and returns the city, but not a table with all the codes. I've found people selling zip code tables for $100+, but there has got to be a free one somewhere. I went and grabbed census data by zip for the year 2000, but it only gives pop by zip, and doesn't include the city or state. Any ideas?
