Zero out of voice mail goes to wrong extension

My callers are calling into voice mail, and when they hit zero to go to the operator, it's going to another extension. How do I change this? My system is an Intuity Audix.
 
Hi MrSal20,
I'll treat this as a Partner Messaging. Check the "0" / timeout action. It should point to the reception ext., or the call answer ext (I think that's what they called it). This setting is normally with the selector code actions.
The terms may be different, but the idea should be close.

Ok look in the Auto Atten Menu screens you can tell it what extention to go to, you would enter it next to one of the Buttons 1-9,0 or time out, then go to the left and you can set the Treatment, and then set the Comment.

Ok, I looked in there and it goes to the correct place. After further asking around I found out that the real problem is that when the operator is on a call, it will automatically drop to her voice mail. It never rings at the attendant console. She only gets the call when she is not on one already. How do I change that?
