I have a g3, r11. I have a vector set for the auto attendant. When caller hits zero the call is supposed to route to line x. It doesn't. Where do I change where zero routes to? is it different than the vector step? I have puts "stops" all around to isolate the step.
Thanks in advance
Jim

Would you be able to copy and paste your vector on this forum for us to examine more closely before responding? Thanks!!

If your calls are routed to an auto attendant, then you are routing these calls into your Audix. You will need to get into your Audix and change that attendant on the "0" column to the extension that you want. On mine I usually use that same extension for the time out number.
