Hello
I have a problem..
I´m quite new at zenworks and I´m trying to figure out how it works.
We have a Netware server with NW5.1 SP3 with Zenworks Starter Package.
Is it possible to have the users profiles stored on the server (as with zfd3.2) so it doesn´t matter which computer they log in from ? If possible, does it matter which OS they run ?
Could you please give me some directions.

/Dan

Well, the starter package is a nice product, but it was based on ZFD 2.0. This was pre Windows 2000, so the OS is not supported:

If your just in a 9x/NT world, the yes, you can store the user profile on the network and enable "Roaming Profiles"

and I suppose there is no Starter Pack 3 or 4 which I can use for free ?
So basically I have to buy zfd for my server ?

If you buy the Small Business edition then ZENWORKS is included for free. and you get the full blown package.

Just remember, NWSB your limited to 50 users.

You can download a demo of ZFD4, but yea, you have to buy it if you want to use it on a long term basis.
