Hello - I installed Exchange 2000 w/SP2 on Server 2000 w/SP2 and started using OWA. One thing that I noticed is that I cant logon to the server using any user that starts with the letter "m". For example, I add a user by the name of mario and try to log on through the browser and I get the page can't come up error. Any other name works fine. I've tried about 5 different names that strt with the letter "m" and none of them work. Has anybody ever heard of this type of problem? These were clean installs on a brand new computer.

Uh no :)

Make sure the user has e-mail addresses and shows in the GAL. Dan

Awesome - I checked the properties on the user and and looked at the email address tab and there wasn't an email address for him. I had to add it and then it worked - any idea on why this would happen for names that start with "m"?

Thanks for your help - Paul

Your recipient update service might not be running, or running at an interval that is too slow. Manually run and see what happens.
