Yahoo is telnetting me?

Hey, I'm using ManageEngine's NetFlow Analyzer 4 for monitoring traffic across my router. For some reason, i'm showing a lot of Telnet traffic (port 23) coming from

cs33.msg.dcn.yahoo.com - 63.41 KB
cs41.msg.dcn.yahoo.com - 5.11 KB

and headed towards my router's Internet-facing port, e1/0.

Could this be chat traffic? Or a port scan/probe or something? I'm at a loss as to what this could mean. Can anyone explain?

Doesn't Yahoo instant messenger use TCP Port 23? I am sure I have seen a reference to this before...
