we can't open Tiff files that our fax server sends us on our XP machine. We are using Kodak Imaging on our 2000 machine and I know it won't work on XP. The default Windows view doesn't open either. Does anyone know of a free download we can use for XP to view Tiff files??

There are a lot of boring reasons, but essentially the .TIF viewer used in previous Windows OS versions could not be licensed again by Microsoft except at an exhorbitant cost.
So, it is not there.
