XP tutorials to set path, create directories change em ect

If you right-click a shortcut to a program and select properties, you will see that a proper path to the program has already been generated. To change the path, edit the 'Start in' name.
New folders : with the parent folder opened, click on file, select new and folder. To learn more, click on Help and Support and search for a keyword.
