Is there any way i can stop my XP workstation from syncronizing my files from my home directory of my NT 4 Server? I would like to set this option to off by defalt, for all users that log onto the system. d.philpin@dewisant.pembroke.sch.uk

Do you mean you are using roaming profiles, and want to stop this? If so, go to user manager for domains on the server and remove the profile path for all users concerned (this will stop the profile being downloaded for any workstation on doamin said users log onto).

Go to Start-programs-Accessories-syncronize choose setup uncheck all syncronizing.

I don't know about automatically changing all clients - I do this to each client.
