XP Search

Do a search on *.SCR on Local Hard Drives (C:;D and it returns no results. Do the same search on C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 and it returns the 22 screen savers, as you would expect.

Why?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*Change the value of (Default) to: {5e941d80-bf96-11cd-b579-08002b30bfeb}

Howdy:

Just did the search for *scr on my XP Pro system searching c:,d: drives (had to see for myself .. Found 22 of them before I stopped the search.
