XP Pro, Toshiba Tecra M1 & Device Manager

Hi

Does anyone know how I can fix a couple yellow explanation marks in XP Pro Device Manager on a Toshiba Tecra M1??

The first is under Other Devices - Network Controller.

The second in under System Devices - Unknown Device and seems to look for but can not install something to do with Bluetooth ACPI.

Has any one come across either of these problems before?

I have downloaded ALL the available drivers for XP Pro for the Toshiba website.

you know this side(since you dl all the drivers)

check the hw that is installed in pc

i.e the m1 can have 2 different nic´s installed, intel or realtek. make sure you download the correct driver and install it then you should be fine.
same with bluetooth/acpi, dl latest drivers/bluetooth stack and install.

Lemon13, Thanks for the info. This site is different to the UK one and much more useful.

I now have no yellow explanation marks

I do however still have (at least one that I can see) a problem. When I try and fire up Bluetooth the following message appears:

Power could not be supplied to the internal Bluetooth module.
Make sure that the Wireless Communication Switch is set to ON.

What is this and how do I turn it on.

Does any one know.

on the front side is a switch for bluetooth/wireless communication. its btw. ir port and mic connector.
check manual chapter 4 "first steps" (in german manual) wireless/bluetooth for how to use.
