hey all....why can i not find a setting in win xp to restrict limited account users from access the admin. tool, computer managment, users when they get there they can still change passwords???? what did i miss?? thanks for any help in this...

Limited account

The limited account is intended for someone who should be prohibited from changing most computer settings and deleting important files. A user with a limited account:

Cannot install software or hardware, but can access programs that have already been installed on the computer.

Can change his or her account picture and can also create, change, or delete his or her password.

Cannot change his or her account name or account type. A user with a computer administrator account must make these kinds of changes.

Have a look at the Properties of any particular user in Computer Management/ System Tools/ Local Users and Groups/ Users

Prevent changing password.

Specifies whether the user cannot change the assigned password. This option is usually selected only for accounts that are used by more than one person, such as the Guest account.
This setting has no effect on members of the Administrators group.

If there account already has admin rights then they can change your password lol so watch it!
