have a desktop PC with Xp pro, can't access hotmail in IE or Firefox, but on both of my laptops one with Win2K and XP home I can access just fine using the same Internet Connection.I get to the login screen put in username and password and after that just get "page can't be displayed". have tried removing cookies and manually removing all the tempory internet files, i've tried running anti-virus and spyware/malware removers. have tried -ipconfig /flushdns. I can got to any website without any problems but logging into hotmail has become an issue all of the sudden after having been able to go there before on this PC.

the profile in the computer is filling out forms and password.
go to
start
settings
control panel
internet options
content
auto complete
uncheck forms, user names and passwords
in clear auto complete history, click clear forms, click clear history
click ok
click my profile and see what's there.
