XP error

I have made a webpage using fireworks buttons with a sound effect. The buttons seem to work fine in win 98, me, 95, IE.
when the page loads on an XP system using IE when you hover over a button IT automatically starts a download for the sound file. As soon as you reach the hotspot area bing download.
I have check the site in anybrowes.com the index page showed a different error of not working but the design page an contact, glossary, links seem to work fine.
I am not even sure what to look under to research the problem.

thats no os problem.
its a matter of browser, browser version, plugins and mime types ...
