Hi,
I have Windows XP and Can anyone help me with this problem, I've set up Content Advisor in Internet Options when I acquired Broadband, and also I installed Norton Firewall, for the first few weeks Content Advisor worked well, every site we went on it asked me for a password to allow access, but all of sudden it has stopped working even though it is enabled and the list of sites is now null.

Any suggestions.

This link is a long read but you might find some help in it.

Some general things to try.

See if System Restore will get you back to a restore point before your problem with Content Adviser.

Run the System File Checker program from the Run Box by typing.....Sfc /Scannow in it and have your XP CD handy.

If they don't work you could try repairing windows itself by running it over itself. You will lose all your windows updates but your files will be untouched.

Thanks I eventually had to do a system restore, and finally got Content Advisor working.
