I need to turn off Office XP's muliple copy clipboard. In O2K, if you turned off the multiple copy clipboard 3 times, it would leave it off. This doesn't seem to happen in XP.
I don't want to turn off the CLIPBOARD itself, just it's ability to copy in a stream of multiple items. Basically, I want the clipboard to go back to the old, one item at a time mode.
I use Clipmate because it has some great features I use on a daily basis. In Clipmate there is a feature called PowerPaste. What it does is let you let you paste multiple clipboard items quickly by just hitting ctrl-v, then it automatically moves to the next item in the clipboard stack and you can just hit ctrl-v again. Very neat.
The problem is that with the XP multiple clipboard active, as soon as I turn on PowerPaste, the XP clipboard takes all the items instantly.
If I turn click on 'Stop Collecting' in the XP clipboard, PowerPaste works fine, until I copy more items, and paste, then the clipboard starts collecting again.
Anyone know how to stop this multiple collecting permanently?
Thanks!
