XP and Novell Client icons take forever to load

It's the Novell client.
Really, it is!
My 1.8Ghz machine at my previous job took forever and a day to load XP because of it. It's a known thing, for the most part you just have to deal with it. There's been talks of fixes, but I don't think they've come to much of anything. Jennifer Sigman
