Xmedius Fax Gateway Connector

We have recently had Xmedius Fax Gateway installed on our Exchange 5.5 server as part of integrating with our new Cisco Unity system.

Since it was installed if you try and delete more than one item from the deleted items folder outlook crashes???

Has anyone ever come across this?

Update: It might not be the Fax connector, we have removed it and still have the same problem of deleting multiple items from any folder.

I've never seen that happen before but if I had to guess, maybe it's your virus scan software that is causing the problem?

Sorted it, it was the Fax Connector. After running the Performance Optimizer everything worked fine.
