They both seem to use Tomcat, and hence conflict, even though i have them running on different ports.

Any Ideas?

One-X portal seems to be a heavy load for the server so i don't think it would be wise to run other applications on it and if you need to then download Microsoft Virtual PC XP Mode and run the software virtualized.

No, 1XP is very heavy and needs it's own server.
