I'm hoping someone can help me. On a bridged appearance, when trying to get the answered call back into voice mail, what is the best way to accomplish this? They were used to using fac #0, but when they moved and got a new phone system, Audix is no longer colocated (DCS'd back to main bldg) and #0 doesn't work any longer. So, I'm trying to set up a work around. If anyone knows how to do this, I'd greatly appreciate your help.

Just setup and autodial number, or system list button to dial the extension of the Voice Mail system.

but will that put them into the mail box of the person they were calling?

Is the FAC set-up in the new PBX? Should work...

Thanks,
CJH

Do you have a Audix hunt group on the new switch?

And what is the “Transfer to Audix Access Code” on the new switch.
(feature-access-codes page 3)? And have you tried using this code?

P.s. Sorry brain dead misunderstood you problem.

Can you set up a vector "route to messaging.....extension active" or will that send it to the mailbox for the station with the bridged apperaracne button?
