Hi everyone,
I am in the middle of trying to re-route a phone which is being decomissioned, to another phone (X-Ported 6408D) which is on the same desk (it is a reception). I have tried using a an internal xfer with VDN variables and hard coding the number in a vector. When that didn't work I used the full phone number in an attempt to route it back through PSTN. Neither approach has worked.
I know (hope) my VDN setup is correct as i have changed the route to number to my own extenison for testing means and it worked every way i tried. The last thing i can think of is the x-port. Does this restrict x-fers?
I am about to start looking at other avenues for getting the calls redirected but as this is the most pain free from what i can see (or at least, it shuold've been!!!) i want to try and figure it out.
Thanks in advance,
S
