Xerox Phaser 6200 - 'Power on Self-Test" 1

The phaser 6200 that is the work horse of my graphics department has stopped printing files and has reverted to only printing the info sheet it usually prints out when restarted or started from the on/off switch.

Restarting the printer has not helped and I cannot access any assistance from the menu while it is doing this.

Anyone who can help me figure this out without a service call would be remembered in my prayers:)

At least it puts out a page to tell you it works!
So, you need to pull out the formatter and re-seat the chips. The small configure chip that is next to the power plug should be re-seated also. Unplug power and NIC cable first.
Check your NIC cable at both ends, and check your driver.
Using Postscript files? Might have used the pcl driver instead. Does the start page show your RAM?
If you have had any power glitches lately, that could be the fault.
