Wzye Terminal Caps Locks Problem

This is a strange issue. I have a branch that is using wyze termianls to access our citrix server. Problem is that sometime their caps lock doesn't work. Or it's reverse of what it says. Any ideas???

We have had the same issue.
Usually logging out of citrix then back in will solve it.

It is more of a Citrix/TS issue than a Hardware.

Also, make sure the units are updated with the latest firmware.

Is that really the official answer? I'm asking because we're trying to push Wyze terminals throughout our company and if this happens all the time upper management isn't going to buy into it

It is not an official answer, Contact your Wyse dealer for one, but that has been my experience.

I know there sales people are aggressive so if that is holding back a deal, contact your sales rep, they are good at throwing resources at a problem to close a deal.
