If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

Nope, no spaces in the BIOS passwords [both] and usually not in windows either.

then why it's not accepting blank pswrd!!!
or even it shouldn't ask for entering pswrd!!!

Please, that is just the way it is. Faulty maybe, but we all have to live with it.

someTimeOnly,

There are times to reason why, but passwords are not one of them.

As the posters above have said, enter real keyboard characters as a password, and pretend the space bar is not there.

Or hit Enter to make a blank or empty password entry if possible.

It can be a real p.i.a. to restore passwords.

So the last thought is to write them down and store them in a safe place.

A few days back, I entered bios setup and it asked for entering pswd. I was not awaring of the pswd, I tried different pswds as I had recoverd through the above problem by removing cell from sys's mother board for a while.
I also tried "tripple spaces" and it worked.
Strange!!!
