WS_FTP Pro problem!

I have WS_FTP Pro on my XP Pro SP1 system. Everytime I try to use it a Microsoft error report pops-up. I was wondering if MS Internet Firewall would cause this prob?


Any ideas?

Yes but and it happened again but I thought that maybe when WS_FTP is installing it configures itself differently if the firewall is on? I'm not sure because Microsoft's error messages are pretty vague at explaining the problem. It could be anything!

Is it a compatibility issue? What's the error? What are you doing @ the time it happens? Same event each time?

As soon as an FTP download starts and get to about 5% complete, the program is forced to close and the Windows "Send Error Report" pops up. It only happens DURING a download.
