Wrong number of ACD logins on DTS...

Hi 5445 is an ACD queue..
CCM shows the correct data... 2 agent is logged in to ACD group..
But on digital telephone set, it says 3 agents logged in. The truth is 2 agents logged in to ACD group.
The digital telephone set shows the correct numbers for other Acd groups.
What should be the solution, which program unit can fix it?

daap, dagp - but after restarting all ACD-Members must relogin.
