my customer hav notes installed at terminal/citrix server and they access notes client thru ica client at their pc.
The problem they are facing is their default printer is not automatically shown at the printer dialog box when they wish to print (in other word, default printer is not shown as the 1st printer at the users printers list in their notes client), they need to manually select their default printer from the printers list if they want their document to print to their default printer.
This problem only happens in notes client and not other pub apps (office, etc) installed at the windows 2003 terminal server/citrix metaframe xp server.
any1 face the same problem before? any work ard for this problem?
