Write Conflict

Hi.

used ODBC to connect to SQLServer. some tables can be udated, but some tables can't udpated with write conflict error message - the other person is updateing the same record. No body is updateing the record at all. What's the problem and how to correct it.

I recall running into a similar problem when I upsized some Access tables to SQL Server. I think that the problem was caused by single Bit fields; try redefining these fields as a byte / integer type field. This fixed it for me.
Sorry if this is a bit vague, but hopefully it might help.
