Writable TFTP Server

How do I make my TFTP Server writable?

I do know that it can be written to if the file already exists.

I do know that you can change the server_args line in the tftp file in /etc/xinetd.d to:

-c -p /tftproot

I have chmod'd the dir /tftproot to 777

What next? Does the directory need to belong to the group nobody?

Any help would be great.
