wpwin8.exe referrenced memory error

How do I fix this?

When I start wp8, I get this message:

The instruction at "Ox77fcb7bO" referenced memory at "OxOOOO4" . The memory could not be read.

Click on ok to terminate the program.
Click on cancel to debug the program.

Rename the wp8us.wpt and then start wp. If not a "us" version, replace with your country code.
