All too often WP 9 locks up with hour glass on program open. It is not set to open docs when started. I reinstalled just recently as it was doing this on file look ups. Further, it sometimes takes quite a while on file lookups. Anyone experiencing similar issues, or has advice please respond.

WP 9 Locks up w/Hour Glass on Open

What hardware and OS are you running WP9 on? What release of WP9 - standard or professional? There are Service Packs on Corel's web site - useful on Professional edition we purchased last fall, but not needed on Standard versions purchased very recently. Did you have earlier version of WP on same machine? Have you run Regclean recently?
