Would like to fill web forms in VB Application -- where to start?

I would like to create an application that i can use to load a webpage (form) within the application, then fill it with specific data.

Can anyone point me inthe right direction such as:

-what areas i need to learn/study to be able to do this.
-any good links
-sample source ? (wishing lol)

i have all kinds, but not too many one webforms. i really haven't used them too much. to be honest, i've been using vb.net for only about 4 and a half weeks now. i know java and c++ a heck of a lot more, and just read every vb.net thing i can. that link i gave you also has an faq for winforms. some really really good stuff in there.
