workstation bypass using xp and novell 5

You don't. XP requires you to login to the workstation regardless of whether you login to NetWare or not. If you use ZENworks, you can enable Dynamic Local User which automatically creates a local user during login.
If you don't have ZENworks, you will have to create a local account on XP and use that to login to the workstation. -----------------------------------------------------
