Workgroup printing - w2k

Hello,

How can I simplify shared printing in w2k?

I am installing a shared printer as administrator, but when a user logs in they do not even see it unless they install it.

I want to be able to install the printers for the users on their behalf.

We have a Novell 5.1 network with the w2k account handled by ZenWorks so that users don't have to see the w2k login.

I hope this makes sense!
