WordPerfect toolbar changes

In which file are the changes you can make to the WordPerfect toolbar and the icons saved?

It depends on the version of WordPerfect that you are using. In WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows, some of the settings are stored in the Standard.wpt and some are stored in the .bif file. In WordPerfect 7 they are in the wp7us.wpt file. In WordPerfect 8 they are in the wp8us.wpt file.

If your goal is to copy the file to another computer so that the settings can be used elsewhere, then you will want to follow the instructions found at the following link:

I would also recommend that when doing a keyword search after following the link above, that you search for the individual words as well as a combination of words to find what you want.
