Try these 2 things:
1. Click on Start and go up to Run. Type msconfig into the Open: box and click on Ok.
Click on the Startup tab at the top of the screen.
Remove all the checkmarks and click on Ok.
Restart your computer and try WordPerfect again
2. Right click on the Start button
Click on Open
Double click on Programs, Startup
Right click on an empty spot within this window, click on New, Shortcut
Click on Browse
Browse to C:\Program Files\Corel\WordPerfect Office\Programs and click on PrintServer100
Click on Open
Click on Next
Click on Finish
Reboot the computer
Launch WordPerfect and Test
