WordPerfect 2002

When I tried to print out an envelope on wordperfect 2002, I get nothing but little dots or something that doesn't make any sense. It will not print addresses on envelopes. If I use Microsoft Word to print on envelopes it works perfectly.
How can I get WordPerfect 2002 to print on envelopes? I can print anything else, but just not on envelopes not even the bar code. Can someone help! I have Win ME.

I can't find too much on troubleshooting WP envelope printing, but if nothing prints, I would check paper/media type. Can you print the envelope information on plain paper ok?
