I need to print a list of all of the recipients I have in a mail merge. I have the data source with the *mdb extension but can't figure out how to open it to display all names to print. Any ideas?

set-up another mail merge and create a document like an Avery 5160 3 up label. Place you names in the allotted space and merge. If your file and filters are the same, you'll get a full list of recipients 30 per page

good luck,

Aloha,

Hi
The list you created is stored as an Access db in your "My Data Sources" folder, which is located in your "My Documents" folder. Open it as you would any Access db file, open the table with your info and print.

Hope this helps,
