Word Wrap in MSHFlexGrid

Hello,

I have an MSHFlexGrid in my application.

I have set the Word-Wrap property to True, and the data wraps fine, but the cell/row does not expand to accommodate this,

How do I make the cell/row height increase to the size of the data?

It can apply to all fields if it has to be, but I would like it to be different for each row if possible?
