Would like to Caption to be 2-3 lines (so I can have a skinny col. . .

Can you direct me or give me an indication whether I can do this?

In VFP 7.0, Yes - see the Header Wordwrap Property. Before this you'll need to use some "tricks" to provide this capability. Check the UT download area (

http://www.universalthread.com/Live/Download5.asp).

Just put Grid in the Searchbox - last time I checked there were a couple classes that provided this capability.
