I have a problem with Word 2000 sometimes not automatically deleting its temp files (WRL*.tmp; ~!docname.doc).
(on a Win2000 Server)
The reason I have a problem with this is that when a user opens and works on a document that already has an associated tmp file that was previously created, Word will lock up, particularly when closing the document.
I've created a script to manually find and delete these files every couple days, but I'd like to find a way to prevent this from happening in the first place.
