I recently created a Word template\form with dropdown menus. The user can enter information and select items from the dropdown. We can send the template as an attachment and everything appears fine when opened on the recipients end. When we send the template as the body of the email, all of the dropdown fields appear blank. The users would like to send this form as the body of an email so it can be dragged into thier tasks. Any ideas? We're are using Word and Outlook 2000.

You cannot send a document with Word form objects in an email, and expect the capability to remain. That would be like expecting Excel formulas to work in an email, right? Either send it as an attachment (my suggestion), or make the form in Outlook. Unfortunately, Outlook forms are a huge pain. See
